Avara Lite is designed specifically for permanently parked caravans. Here you get the vital functions such as smoke detector, CO detectorand propane gas detector. In addition, there is a motion detector in the main unit that alerts you in the event of a break-in. The alarm package does not include a siren - event notifications are sent to your mobile phone.
The modem included in this package allows you to communicate with the alarm system via your mobile phone. Any break-ins are also notified to your mobile phone via SMS and/or email. You can configure who should receive alarms, so that family or neighbors are also notified.
You can easily expand Avara Lite with more detectors if you wish.
If you are technically savvy, you can install Avara Lite yourself. If you are unsure, we recommend that you ask your dealer to install the alarm.
Avara Lite includes a subscription that gives access to "My Account" at Avara. When the subscription is activated, communication is opened between the modem and Avara's cloud solution.
From "My Account" you can operate your Avara alarm online, view alarm history, and more. Here you also check your privacy settings, and have full control over your own data.
Avara's cloud solution will be further developed with new features going forward. We will ensure that we always deliver one of the most complete alarm solutions on the market.
Later upgrade
If you later want to upgrade to another Avara alarm package, this can be done by purchasing additional detectors depending on your needs.
Note: special combinations of detectors may be required to get full functionality when expanding (e.g. if you want Smart Night Alarm, you must have at least one exterior detector and one intrusion detector). Contact us at Avara if you want to expand your Avara Lite alarm.

Used to operate the alarm/night alarm inside the motorhome/caravan. Contains a motion detector, CO detector and smoke detector as well as a moisture and temperature sensor. The combination of CO detector and smoke detector increases safety for early detection of fire. The CO detector and smoke detector are always on ("Always-on") and are not turned off when the alarm is deactivated. The main unit is placed above the living area door in your motorhome/caravan.

The propane gas detector should be connected to a constant 12V power supply and mounted down by the floor (5-15 cm above the floor). The detector does not turn off when the alarm is deactivated, but is always on for added security. The device has a power-saving mode that ensures that the battery is not drained when the motorhome/caravan is not in use. You can also connect a backup battery if you remove the main battery during storage.

The modem communicates with Avara's cloud solution. Alarm messages and notifications are sent to wherever the owner of the system chooses. The modem also contains a GPS unit for tracking/locating the motorhome/caravan.
The device has a power saving mode that ensures that the battery does not discharge when the motorhome/caravan is not in use. You can also connect your own battery backup in case you remove the main battery during storage.
