Avara secures better solution for "narcotic gas"

So-called "anesthetic gas" is a much-discussed topic, and there is great uncertainty as to whether this is a real problem. We do not take a position in the discussion, but choose to approach the problem in a way that we know is effective.

Avara has developed external motion detectors with automatic warning lights - these will alert you to any type of external impact. People moving near the motorhome or caravan will also be notified that the alarm has been activated. In most cases, this will be enough for criminals to retreat.

Several alarm manufacturers advertise a so-called "narcotic gas detector". What we know is that criminals don't actually use real anesthetic gas - it can kill the people inside the motorhome or caravan. Many alarms therefore have gas detectors that react to "most things" in the hope of hitting what is believed to be anesthetic gas. As a result, many motorhome and caravan users experience many false alarms caused by the smallest things.

Fewer false alarms with Avara

We believe that it is speculative to say that alarm systems have "narcotic gas detectors". Such detectors are also the source of frequent false alarms - often resulting in users of the motorhome or caravan ceasing to use the alarm.

Instead, Avara offers a "universal gas detector" for those who want a function that detects unknown gases. The detector is connected to the alarm function in Avara's alarms. The detector is then activated together with the night alarm - and you avoid false alarms during the night.
