FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you've forgotten your username and password: Click "My Account" in the upper right corner, then select "Forgot your Password?"

If you have an Avara Basic Plus, Moist or Premium subscription, you need an account. Account is created by following the instructions that came with the package when you purchased the product. If it was installed by a reseller, the retailer will have created an account for you.

Avara Moist measures relative humidity. The figures there will therefore deviate from a measurement of absolute humidity. A relative humidity of less than 75% is not considered a source of fungal and rot development. If the measurement is between 75 and 80%, we will send a warning that you should follow, and feel free to investigate whether you can see a possible leak. If the humidity is measured at over 80% over a period of time, we will send a humidity alarm. Then the car body / trolley should be checked in / repaired at a certified workshop as soon as possible.

Each humidity sensor measures humidity once a day, and the measurement is sent to "My Account". Here you will be able to follow how the absolute humidity varies over time.

Press the pairing button under the lid of the main unit, wait a bit and press again (takes the main unit in and out of pairing mode). Then information of all devices paired on the main unit is sent over to the modem. Then press the pair button on the modem, wait a bit and press again. Then all pair information about all detectors is sent to the portal.
